Reply to: I have Coretec luxury vinyl plank floors and they told me not to place a rug pad on the floor if it contains any rubber or latex, as it will cause discoloration of the floor. Ruggable rug pad that I recently purchased has Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR), so I will not be able to use this product on my new floors.

Reply to: Sandy: Your sinks must be mechanically fastened in place. While silicone does have adhesive properties, its function here is that of a gasket. Hercules Universal Sink Harness (Braxton Bragg) or Sink Strap (Regent Stone Products). No other methods, please.

Reply to: A slight positive reveal, the 'little ledge all the way around", does not "catch crud". I do this reveal on all our sink replacement jobs. If you want an ugly and unsanitary sink edge, do the flush which creates an elongated silicone joint which frays and turns black: The only edge worse than this is the negative reveal which creates a crud ledge that is apparently out-of-sight-out-of-mind.
