As for me, the amount of work is year long up and down. I wouldn't be able to guarantee the continual staff use which could turn to be a challenge responsibility in hard times that would mean another press for me.

Lately I found out the benefit of "virtual assistant" . That is a perfect solution: I do not need to keep office, salaries, I can use the service at the time I really need only. And mainly, I can carry the administrative work flow on this service strictly according to my need. Excellent help that could solve not only up and down work flow situations, but administrative, travel, web, social and many other as well

One example would be kitchen remodeling. Even a great Architect (without a great big ego) understands where his talents extend and when to refer the client to a Kitchen Designer. If walls need to be moved or removed, and a general kitchen layout can be accomplished, then, of course, an architect will handle the Project. Thereafter, the Architect understands that a Kitchen Designer constantly updates their knowledge of the latest in kitchen cabinetry, fixtures, technology and styles.
