@Andrea, aside from financial aspects, I think if you're unhappy you should sell and move. Talk to your accountant about the tax ramifications from buying/selling quickly, if any.

You may want to start your own "dilemma" about this so more people see it.

@Andrea as you consider a quick re-sale, please also consult with a REALTOR® or reputable lender. If you are under contract with a buyer who requires financing, your property might be viewed as a "flip" which will impact the lender's underwriting requirements and, consequently, the closing of the sale.

In a month I need to be moved into a new home. At the rate I'm finding houses I'll be moved into a place in a year. I need to get some things straight. I'll start by making some priorities and making sure I take time at the homes I look at.
