Agree, great article that I'm keeping for the kitchen reno. I've never seen a tech drawer before but I'm sure I'll be seeing more. My husband is already seeing dollars fade away....

Detente Design

I have a removable drainage tray. It used to always be out (annoying me) but since acquiring an Oliveri Foldamate - it's been in the cupboard. Get yourself one! They're fantastic. The Foldamate is better than its cousin the Oliveri Rollamate. You can stack your cutting boards up to dry and hang your dishcloths. 100% aeration means they dry fast and won't smell.
