However, the protective capabilities of these chemical sealers are minimal for acids, alkaline, and food bi-products. StoneGuard® will eliminate your need for these chemical sealants." I had to pay tuition and travel from Florida to Chicago for training to become an authorized Stoneguard applicator, so it's not a DIY project. I'm driving to the other coast of Florida tonight to do a Stoneguard job tomorrow. Stoneguard comes in gloss and matte. It is easily removed if you want to go back to the natural finish and subsequent etching.

Reply to: I looked up the color on a website called encycolorpedia-balboa mist has slightly more red than green or blue, (RGB is 229, 215, and 205) so I think it’s possible it will look pink in some light.
