We are adding an in law suite to our house for my mother in law who is moving up from Clearwater, FL. Barnett made this process extremely smooth and so easy. His ability to capture our needs and implement a plan that is going to be just perfect, is a true gift. Bathroom Remodel - Barnett Adler was referred to me by my neighbor and I couldn't be more pleased with his attention to detail, constructive advice and obvious experience. Barnett has been wonderful to work with. From the first introductory meeting into the build phase Barnett made himself available to answer practical as well as aesthetic/design questions--as we trusted his judgement and taste--and saw how carefully he thought of the design choices for looks and practicality. This was a garage project, but everyone else we spoke to did not seem as interested in honoring the entire home/lot history and vibe. He gets it.

Barnett was fantastic to work with! He designed our master bathroom remodel and was also the General Contractor. The process started with Barnett getting an understanding of what functionality and aesthetics we wanted in the master bath. We worked together to form the final concept. Then he managed the project from start to finish. Because of how well he managed the schedule, there was very little down time between demolition and finish. Barnett is incredibly professional and communicative. His budget and timeline were spot on, which is a feat considering the COVID supply chain issues. Barnett managed every detail and ensured that the final product was perfect.

Barnett has been excellent in guiding me through a whole-house renovation of I home I recently bought, which I describe as a "funky 70s house that needs some love." Barnett initially came out for a consultation while I was still under contract and was able to give to give me quick, general feedback that the changes I wanted to make were feasible design-wise and within the budget I had in mind. He has helped: guide me towards changes that will have the most impact; avoid some changes that will cost more than I expected; choose design elements that are more fun and interesting than I would have picked on my own; made selecting tile, flooring, etc. much easier by helping me narrow my focus; combined his design knowledge with his renovation experience to come up with creative solutions; and relieved a lot of anxiety around managing a large renovation. He also connected me with a good general contractor and is helping me manage the overall construction process. He has done all this while producing concepts, drawings and plans on a quick schedule so I can complete the renovation on-time. Barnett has been responsive, respectful and fun to work with - I look forward to our meetings! Altogether, Barnett has helped me on this project with things I didn't even know I needed help with, and I think I lucked out in finding him when I first went under contract.

We started with a basic question "how can we make this kitchen more functional?" and ended up with a multi purpose entertaining space that checked off all the boxes. We couldn't be happier with the level of service and caliber of craftsmen who helped pull our kitchen remodel together in a short 6 week timeframe and kept us on budget. Working with Barnett and relying on him to coordinate all the moving parts even when I changed my mind about the countertops at the last possible minute was super helpful. In March 2020 we began a major renovation on our kitchen, family room, dining room and created a new pantry from a small office just off the kitchen. Barnett helped get us started by creating a wonderful new kitchen design that transformed our kitchen and its functionality. In addition, he created a new design for the cabinetry in our family room that provides space for our personal library, as well as, a collection of art and pottery. The change has been very dramatic. We love it! Along the way Barnett assisted us with countertop and backsplash selections, paint color selection, and introduced us to a skilled cabinetmaker who successfully constructed the new family room cabinetry. Barnett was very easy to work with, responsive to our calls for "help", and willing to provide as much or as little assistance as we needed to successfully create our "vision" for the new spaces. We highly recommend Barnett and thank him very much for his great sense of design, the ability to "tease out" what we wanted or needed even when we couldn't always articulate it, and his enduring patience!

Barnett is so easy to work with, and has very creative ideas for different budget ranges! We were trying to figure out how to make our kitchen larger and adding a master suite onto our 1960s ranch home without breaking the bank. Barnett was EXTREMELY efficient and smart with his design and solutions. He was very courteous, friendly and fun to work with as well. He always communicated clearly and turned around plans and revisions efficiently and quickly. We would highly recommend him.
