Mr. Belmonte and the builders built me a beautiful custom 2 story colonial house in Half Moon, NY. I thoroughly enjoyed the home until I recently relocated to Texas. Peter Belmonte and his organization was very-professional in all aspect of building our new house. This was our first house built and Peter (Belmonte) and his daughter (Lindsey) helped with the design of the house as well as kitchen, bathroom, and all selections to give "our" house that personal touch. While the house was being built...and us being snowbirds...Tom and Tony kept us informed on the status of the house by taking pictures and emailing them to us. Great house- solid structure, well built and best of all the customer service is phenomenal. Always someone to answer concerns/questions and attentive to their clients needs.

We are in the process of building a home with Belmonte Builders. So far they have been fairly easy to work with. They listen to any concerns and react accordingly. Their foreman Joe has been exceptional. We really appreciate his being there for us when any issues come up. Our house isn't finished yet, hence the 4 stars, hopefully at the end we can add that last star!

We contracted Belmonte Builders for the construction of our home. We chose Peter Belmonte because we were able to customize many features of the home.

My husband and I worked on plans to build our dream home. Presented our plans to belmonte who assisted us in creating these plans to fit our price range, yet not taking away what we felt were the most important pieces. Extremely flexible with meetings, and helped us understand the process step by step. Pete was great at recomendations witthin the space so that every square foot would be utalized vs wasted. We originally had our master suite off the garage and boys off the living room. Pete had great examples as to why we should have this flip flopped. I will never forget his quote in regards to our suite.. we have a hallway to our own suite that brings "a sexy" feel leading into the master suite. He was truly right!! Lindsey was dead on with assiting us with our kitchen design and details. She got a feel for how much we entertain etc and made a perfect kitchen to match our lifestyle.. We will and have already made many recommendations to our friends and loved ones interested in building our home
