One of a Kind Interior Design

We are currently working with Amy on a new build. We have worked with Amy on two other projects. One involved a difficult kitchen layout that turned out beautifully. She was even able to get a large island in the space. She is a meticulous professional. She listens to our needs and ideas and creates a collaborative environment. She is prompt in returning calls and emails. We found her to be very easy to work with.

We worked with Amy from One of a Kind design on a major basement remodel. We had a very challenging floor plan, where every inch of space counted. We also, due to the scope of our project, ended up having to work within a budget, making every dollar count as well. Amy worked with us and came up with several design ideas for cabinetry in both our rec room wet bar/serving area and our home theater area. She came up with ideas to save space and maximize our theater area with a different cabinet design. One of the most important aspects of customer service, to us at least, is how things are handled if there are issues (which are common on remodeling projects). One of the panels was not the size Amy ordered. She supervised delivery, noticed the error before we did, and had it reordered and replaced ahead of schedule. Overall, a very positive experience. We would definitely use them again!

We had a great experience with Amy. She designed a kitchen and worked with our changes...including a last minute wall removal that required changes to our cabinet order the day before Thanksgiving. She made all the necessary changes to have us review and updated our order all within a few hours!! I have recommended Amy and her services to many friends.
