Terrible experience with Charles Cudd. Super slow building process and very dis-honest about when the house would be finished. They moved our move-in date multiple times and let us know less than a month to close that we would still have to wait more. We would check up on the house a lot and no one would be there working. They prioritize their Parade of Homes houses over other customers. Do not go with this company. Not worth it.

I am currently working on a landscape design for a Charles Cudd home designed in the Craftsman style. I couldn't help but notice the thoroughness and thoughtfulness of its design as well as the meticulous execution. There was obviously copious attention to detail from the concepts down to the trim carpentry. Top notch work.

I have had many many clients work with the Charles Cudd DeNovo team. Their vision for my client's home has always been extraordinary! I own a faux finishing and european plaster company that worked with Charles and his team on the Orono Custom home showcased on their page. I did the plaster work throughout house along with mural in basement area. The project turned out great and I was very happy to have been a part of it. Charles and his company have always done a truly unique custom build. This is an industry that tends to turn out copycat projects and after awhile they stop being unique. Not so with the Cudd Homes I've seen. Every house has it's own individual style and one of a kind characteristics that should evident in all builds of this caliber. All builds of this scope can be challenging but at the end of the day the project turned out great and they honored their commitment to my company and made sure I was paid promptly.

You know when you are in a room and everything, every last detail, feels right and balanced so all you have to do is sit back and enjoy it? That's how the design team at Charles Cudd creates their spaces. From the bottom up, all the details are well thought out and executed to perfection. I've worked with Cudd now for close to 5 years and have always admired the way they can pull a space together, seemingly effortlessly. (Even though I know an incredible amount of effort is poured into their work.) But that’s the sign of true talent isn't it?
