do not recommend this company due to poor customer service and complete lack of communication. We hired them to clean our pond initially and they did a great job. We paid for them to install a new pump. After awhile we noticed poor waterfall flow and the pond looked very dirty. We cleaned the pump of debris every day and still had problems. I reached out to Bobby who told me to contact him at any time with concerns. He even corresponded via text. After numerous texts went unanswered he finally sent me a text and told me to clean the pump myself and sent me a video link. I told him my concern was with low waterfall flow. He finally sent a someone who's aid he was there to clean pond but didn't know anything about looking at waterfall. So I contacted Bobby who then told me that he couldn't make a new pond. I told him i didn't want a new pond but only wanted them to see why waterfall was barely flowing. He told me I had asked for a new pond. My texts clearly indicated I only wanted them to check waterfall. He finally agreed to put a new pump in which would increase water outflow. And it did. And it cost us close to $560 for them to clean and install new pump, including cost of pump. Since he got everything working i decided to see if he would be interested in building us a second pond--a koi pond. He texted he was interested and he would prepare an estimate for us. After a month I reached out to see where the estimate was. And I haven't heard from him since then. That was in September. I sent him a text a couple of days ago to ask why we haven't heard from him and to let him know our new pump wasn't working. I discovered a rip in the hose line. I asked him to please come and repair it since I have 7 goldfish and didn't want them to die since pump was completely not working. I also sent an email to the office manager. I didn't hear back from either. So I highly recommend finding a different company for your pond needs. They did a great sales job to gain business at first. But follow through and communication is nonexistent. I also asked them to refund thr $280 cost of pump since It didn't even last 2 months. Of course I will never see that.

They started out great but progressively got worse and worse. During the last cleaning, they created a mess of my waterfall. It took weeks to get a response (twice they just ghosted me) and then all they did was put a bunch of black foam around the waterfall (looks awful, like an animal defecated all over the waterfall) and never fixed the problem. No apology. No Refund. Could not be more disappointed. Beware.

Wonderful emergency service. We had been doing self-maintenance on koi pond that we assumed with new home ownership. Bobby came over within a few hours of being contacted after our pump failed, sourced a replacement in 24 hours, and rigged up equipment as a temp fix to keep the fish alive in the interim. Very knowledgeable and customer oriented.

Dominion Ponds renovated and expanded our almost 20 year old pond this past June. Bobby listened to our needs and developed a plan for the new pond taking into consideration what we wanted. He was very professional, quick to respond to our questions and completed the job in a timely manner. We couldn't be more pleased with our new pond! We highly recommend Bobby and Dominion Ponds.

Got Dominion Ponds to come to my father-in-laws house for a pond make over as a Father's Day surprise. They came out and looked over everything thing and asked what our ideas were and from there have back ideas,which were better than ours. After that they then emailed us the design and all the estimates and we then talked over the phone to ensure we understand everything, hug plus in my book. After all was said and done we set our date and was off to the races for finishing the pond. Dominion Ponds is my go to company here in VA everything related to ponds they are supper knowledgeable on koi and pond design and once I save up more money they will be over to my house to create my pond getaway.
