Open minded and listens to the client. William to think out of the box. Does not force undue work into the project or his drawings . I have used Dave on half a dozen projects with absolutely no problems. Will certainly use his firm again.

David has always provided excellent service to me and my clients. I am always appreciative of his knowledge, experience and attention to details.

David is amazing. He is easy to work with and easy to contact when necessary. He is always on time and can work well with the client to achieve the vision that works with the current housing limitations but also giving the client what they want.

When we decided to remodel the inside of our house, many people told us we didn't need an architect encouraging us to just use our general contractor. I couldn't disagree more when it comes to Dave Parker. His ideas are practical, creative, and ingenious. I was also thankful for the extra pair of eyes during our project.

David Parker is a terrific architect. My only regret is my wife, Tracey, and I didn't meet him sooner. He has worked on two home renovation projects for us, and soon a third, and his work was excellent. Having a plan to operate against, in the midst of major renovation, is a must and I don't believe there is anyone better at developing one than David Parker. As Bum Phillips, former Head Coach of the Houston Oilers, said a number of years ago in reference to his star player, Earl Campbell. "He may not be in a class by himself, but it certainly don't take long to call the role." This holds true for David as well.

Dave Parker, We have used Dave on Two different design projects. Both times we were 100% satisfied. He gave us great ideas, his work was detailed almost to the nails, he followed up during the building process and corrected any and all mistakes the builders had made. What more can you ask for? His price was very reasonable. His finished product and his service is beyond compare. You would have to look very hard to find a better architect.

Dave listened to our desires, and created a home that we thoroughly enjoy. The design was customized to our specific wants, needs, and functionality. Dave visited the site when needed to ensure the construction was carried out to architectural standards and municipal codes.

We meet Dave after the May 2010 flood. We were faced with many options on how to rebuild (or abandon) our house. Dave came to our rescue when the city of Brentwood told us to raise our house out of the flood zone. He designed an aesthetically beautiful foundation, redesigned front porch, extended deck, and new master bedroom suite that didn't make our single-story ranch home appear out of place in our 50-year-old neighborhood surrounded by homes built on the ground. He met many times with the Brentwood Planning & Codes officials to present a blueprint that the City could accept in a FEMA 100-year-flood plane. What typically would have been an easy project outside of the flood plane became a several-months ordeal working with Planning & Codes, and Dave tirelessly did what was needed to be approved! Additionally, he coordinated efforts with our structural engineer, as well as our builder. Couldn't recommend a better or nicer guy!

We called David because of someone else's recommendation and we are glad we did. We had structural issues that to be addressed and David had the expertise to create the plan we wanted. He is a great listener. He also collaborated well with our team: our contractor, myself, the interior designer and others. David was punctual, professional, and highly qualified. We have recommended David to many of our friends!

David Parker has completed two projects for our Home in Brentwood. The latest included a complicated roof line that David was able to design to perfection. I would highly recommend David Parker for any architectural projects.
