Ken Idema Builders LLC

I have worked with Ken Idema many times on projects large and small in and on my own home. He is a talented and responsive professional who always gets the job done, returns calls, and shows up when he says he will. I never bother getting quotes anymore because Ken is so good. I can not recommend him too highly.

Ken Idema Builders has done two projects for me. One in 2009 a near complete renovation on a 4600 sqft French Colonial Revival in East Grand Rapids including a kitchen, bathrooms, installation of hardwood floors, restoration of plaster walls, installation of a modern electrical system and lighting and generally fixing and refinishing every surface in this grand old home. In 2015 in my home in Eastown they helped reconfigure the second floor and turn one extremely large bathroom into two large bathrooms. Ken Idema is professional, responsive, punctual, extremely honest and forthright and a great craftsman himself. I cannot offer any higher praise. We are currently working on a project to replace windows in my Eastown home. I would not want to work with anyone else.
