The worst window and patio manufacturer I have ever dealt with. Foggy, scratched windows and the patio doors are all screwed up. I spent over $90,000.00 for our cottage windows and patio doors and I'm still waiting for replacement patio doors and windows that are foggy and scratched. It's been a year and they are just not responding. I had visits from there head office to my cottage and he agreed they screwed up and haven't heard back from them. I'm speaking to my lawyer as I would hate this to happen to anyone else. Stay away from this company.

The name of this company should be called THE FOGGY WINDOW COMPANY. They tell you this is normal and the window is "working". I notified the company last year, nothing was done. Same foggy, steaming windows this year. Waking up and not being able to see out your windows is NOT what I paid for. They don't want to hear the problem and ignore you. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you like foggy windows.

I was looking for a new front door, and I knew I wanted a more traditional look, because my home is a century home. The options were exactly what I was looking for. They matched the siding of my house colour for the frame of the door and they painted the door itself a bright colour. It looks sharp, and I get lots of compliments. Great experience, and really nice product.

Ostaco has a great process and experienced in house resources that facilitated me in getting the look I wanted for my building.. I thought engineering what I wanted would limit the end result but that was not the case, I have fantastic looking windows that look better than what I thought they ever could and very well engineered as well - the best of both worlds! Top shelf experience..

I have come across Ostaco Windows and Doors several times in the past few years during design sessions with clients, and I have worked with builders and architects that have used their products. For me, I like the large colour palette Ostaco has to choose from -- I worked on a high end reno with a mahogany interior, and black exterior -- sharp. I don't delve into the technical aspects, but a custom look is what I like to offer my clients and Ostaco delivers.

Commented: Silly question...what colour are the windows on the inside?Hello and sorry for the response nearly 5 years later. We can customize any colour combination, meaning you could have black exterior and red interior. The window is commercial brown on the exterior...
