Maxco Innovative Builders was hired to complete several tasks for our custom home over a two-year period. The company has an excellent reputation and is known for their high quality of workmanship, technical know how, and full collaboration with contractors and architectural staff. They successfully completed a complicated interior beam and trim package including several paneled ceilings and walls throughout the home. They provided design CAD drawings, construction, and installation of a sophisticated exterior gate and mandoor at the entrance of the property. In addition, they designed and constructed custom shutter hardware for the home and installed interior doors and door hardware. Their input to the architectural staff and all trades was invaluable in our efforts to provide an authentic and beautifully constructed home. It takes a special company to look past the blueprints, ask questions and work in partnership to improve and perfect the outcome of the job. Skip and Maxco completed the interior trim on a 10,000 sf custom home I built for my family. The quality of work, attention to detail and work ethic was just superb. As a custom home builder building my own home I was very particular about the craftsmen I used on this project. Skip came highly recommended and his work was outstanding. Skip and his team were creative, they designed all the details on the interior trim. It was a craftsman style trim job done in natural clear Alder with solid Alder doors. Skip and his team accented the timber frame elements of the home on several of the other interior trim details. Skip is currently working on another project for me and I would not hesitate to use him again.
