The best wellness addition to your home is Serene Steam, which you can get right here on Houzz. It turns your shower into a wellness retreat by combining warm moist air with essential oils and chroma therapy. At night I’d use lavender and other blends for relaxation. For opening up the airways, eucalyptus and peppermint, tea tree or bergamot. In the morning you can use more invigorating oils and blends. And for those who don’t usually like to frequent steam rooms, Serene Steam is not too hot, its just right...in the Goldilocks zone :) It loosens your muscles, clears your sinuses, and provides relaxation...way more than a hot shower ever could! You can use this steam time to give yourself facials and hair masks, exfoliate, etc. Its also green certified and no electricity is required. Very easy to install when remodeling a shower. After using one for two years, I highly recommend it!
