Silly comment but I couldn’t help but notice, as I was checking out the recipe for the latkes I couldn’t find eggs on the ingredient list but knew they’re used as my Mom made these often when I was growing up..... the instructions say to lightly beat the eggs though?
Love all the wrapping ideas presented! I put a lot of effort into the exterior appearance of gifts so I’m always looking for new ideas, thanks so much for these!

Another thought.....if you press the newspaper with a warm iron it keeps the ink from rubbing off, gets rid of the creases in the process. Saw that in an old movie once and tried it, it works, it looks fabulous on a package dressed with red or dark green velvet ribbon.
