your expressions were not divergent they were condescending. The assumption no one but you had ever taken the time to read or study is simply arrogant.

This article presented lovely examples of the essences of Mediterranean style. In fact, I'm certain it inspired many readers and viewers with wonderful ideas they can use in their own designs. Lest some people forget, design is art and art is beauty in the eye of the beholder. What one person may see, another may see differently. Respecting each others viewpoint or opinion is a good thing as we may learn something new. We may even find out that we may not know as much as we claim to know. Humbling, isn't it? In a good way!

@Princess211 - I have been looking for a solution for my stairs - they come down between two rooms so they need an identity of their own - I am going to print something up and show Hubby - I believe it's going to be gorgeous - hope yours turns out great too.
