When I bought a classic white center hall colonial, with black shutters, the first thing I did was paint the door BM Heritage Red. No one forgot where my house was due to that door.

My current home is a brick arts & crafts with great stone on the steps, walkway and columns, so I used a confederate grey-blue. I still miss my red door but it wouldn't work on this house.

Love red doors!

This is a striking contrast with Benjamin Moore Brilliant Red. We often have people stop by and ask about the color. We have lots of red accents in the immediate interior. Bright and Cheerful color!
