At the trade-only High Point Market in North Carolina, the biggest buzz often surrounds new and returning collaborations between leading designers and home furnishing brands. 2. Moniomi x Corbett Lighting
Miami-based Moniomi Design, led by husband-wife team Monica Santayana and Ronald Alvarez, introduced its first lighting collaboration with Hudson Valley Lighting Group’s Corbett Lighting, celebrated with Latin-infused DJ sets and cocktails. Known for their layered, expressive interiors, the designers bring that same sensibility to lighting pieces that balance sculptural geometry with softness and elegance.

3. Pure Salt x Tempaper
Southern California design studio Pure Salt expanded its growing portfolio of collaborations with a new peel-and-stick wallpaper collection created with Tempaper. Debuting at the fall market, the five patterns in the Of the Earth collection reflect Pure Salt’s relaxed coastal style. Studio co-founders and principal designers Aly Morford and Leigh Lincoln hosted a meet-and-greet to mark the occasion.
The collection features natural textures, vintage-inspired patterns, traditional motifs and a soft, earthy palette. The Anatolia Stripe pattern seen here combines varied stripe widths with a subtly raised texture for a timeless, tactile look.

4. Fairfield x Block Shop by Sunbrella
Another standout launch at the fall market began last spring, when Los Angeles-based studio and textile brand Block Shop partnered with Sunbrella on a line of soft, textured indoor-outdoor performance fabrics with Block Shop’s signature hand-printed aesthetic. Then a new collaboration with that collaboration was announced at the fall market: a selection of 25 styles from the Sunbrella x Block Shop collection curated for the century-plus-old fine furniture brand Fairfield. Fairfield dedicated an area of its showroom to showcase some of its designs upholstered in the Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired patterns, a selection of which is shown here.
Celebrated with a cocktail party, the collaboration drew strong attention throughout the event, with fabric samples and catalogs in high demand.

5. Cortney Bishop x Amadi
Charleston, South Carolina, designer Cortney Bishop has long partnered with Amadi Carpets to create luxurious custom rugs for clients. This fall, she brought that collaboration to a broader audience with her first official collection for the brand, unveiled at Verellen during High Point Market.
The line includes 14 hand-woven rug styles, including graphic geometric patterns inspired by vintage Swedish textiles and abstract interpretations of flora and fauna. The rugs are crafted in Afghanistan by Amadi’s artisans using hand-dyed wool and wool-silk blends and feature a warm, earthy palette of green, brown, golden and peach tones. Bishop poses here with the beautiful Tilde, a design reminiscent of a vintage Swedish flat-weave (röllakan) rug, beneath her feet.

6. Amanda Lindroth x Chelsea House
Celebrated for her breezy yet glamorous island aesthetic, Amanda Lindroth returned to the home furnishings scene this fall with a new collaboration with North Carolina furnishings company Chelsea House, unveiled at High Point Market.
Following the closure of Lindroth’s eponymous line last year, the launch brings back her signature island-inspired style through a collection of lighting, accessories and furniture — including the romantic rattan Paradise bed, shown here, with its 8½-foot canopy. Lindroth and Chelsea House marked the debut with a festive party and book signing for Lindroth’s new release, Island Dreaming.

7. Bradley Odom x Jaipur Living
Bradley Odom, celebrated interior designer and co-proprietor of furnishing store Dixon Rye, grew up watching his grandfather work in his Mississippi upholstery shop. That experience, he says, instilled in him an appreciation for craftsmanship and legacy — qualities reflected in his new rug designs for Jaipur Living. The collection launched in early October and was showcased at the fall High Point Market.
The six hand-knotted wool rugs feature two designs — the geometric and earthy Solum and the abstracted, avian-inspired Avis — and are rendered in rich earthy tones. The Avis in terra cotta is seen here with Odom and his two adorable Vizslas.

Other standout fabrics include Lady Kristina velvet, based on 1920s and ’30s artworks; Sambourne Stripe, a linen print inspired by early-1900s shawls; and Butterfield velvet, featuring a classic Liberty Arts and Crafts poppy motif.
