Love all these pictures! I love my balcony garden too and after 6 years of experimenting with different varieties of plants, I've finally figured out what works best for my long, narrow space (approx 6ft by 30 ft). Since I live on the top floor (no shade/awning), it gets incredibly hot and there is a lot of sun - but great for growing flowers in the mild Delhi winters. Sunflowers work great in the summers. I also have a frangipani tree (champa in Hindi) in a big pot that grows year round and creepers covering the wall at one end (not visible in the pics).
