Yes, I agree with millthumpian, all those different hues of blue end up clashing. Even just the two shown are wrong for each other. The real estate market has many examples of what colours to NOT use in fixtures and fittings that are permanent. My brother and his wife lived with a Royal blue kitchen for 6 years, and couldn't wait to move. Very tiring.

Don't depend on designers telling you what the "trends" are and what you should have in your own home. Know what you like and don't worry so much about resale value. The next owner will most likely repaint or do more substantial changes anyway. Live in your house for you, not for the next owner.
