The Darwin Martin House, Buffalo, NY. Also Graycliff just outside Buffalo, which was Darwin Martin's summer home on Lake Erie. There is a tour called Wright All Day which takes you to both.

When I visited Oak Park I used this tour app of the FLW houses there. It was very helpful and informative. Oak Park FLW app
