I always thought that chickens liked a long perch so they can snuggle. Have the chickens themselves expressed an interest in individual accommodations, or is the homeowner transferring the needs of her teenagers to her chickens?

Chickens roost to sleep. The nesting boxes are where they lay their eggs....at least supposed to, our's like to play hide-n-seek with their eggs! :)
