That was fine, but will the real Dallas step forward now? As a misplaced Texan, I would love to see more of the luxurious Texan interiors I know and love.

This point of view that Dallas doesn't just do traditional & rod iron is correct. People in higher price points who hire designers might have homes that are more transitional, but that is because the professionals they hire know we live in 2012 & "old Texas" style is out dated, but you go to a builder in Dallas and all you see is oil rubbed bronze (an upgrade no less. Ha! Laughable) & old oak cabinetry w/ far to many embellishments and don't get me started on granite! They think granite is the end all be all out here. No one even knows what a shaker cabinet is. Sorry ladies, Dallas homeowners are stuck in a time warp and the ones with style are stuck buying old resales with not much money to renovate (and also have to worry about over improving and getting money out when they sale) or buying new construction from builders who have no idea what is in style or not.

The sports-themed room is well put together. Great concepts and excellent execution! Keep on producing great work!
