Apartment 46, loved your article on Curiosity Cabinet Chic. Like so many others, I never knew this was a style with a name, and your article opened up a whole new world of possibilities for displaying these treasures. Fits right in with my love of British Colonial style!

Pbailey544, my personal opinion is that your vignette would balance better with the large lantern/ candle currently on the table being placed to the left of the picture above the fireplace. Then, place one of the smaller objects from the mantel on the table in the lantern’s place.
