These are great tips that I hope all designers are using, I know we do!

I agree about the double cutlery divider, but as long as you educate the homeowner, they will work perfectly!

While I love the trays over the refrigerator and double ovens, that is not always a practical solution... especially since most existing kitchens have an 8 foot ceiling height. The alternative solution is to have the pullout spice on one side of your range/cooktop and a tray base cabinet on the adjacent side.

I am five foot tall so have every day trays etc at height is not useful. Same goes for plates etc. I plan to have two tall cabinets and no wall cabinets - visually bigger and easier as I will have shelving with hooks for pans etc. Just to choose a colour...
