We recently bought a house with this tree tucked in near the pool. Had no clue what it was but our yard guy and our pool guy offered to have it transplanted to their own yards if we wanted to part with it. I think we'll keep it!

Due to the heat in north Texas I tend to try more costly plants in pots so I can move them to more or less sun as needed. My weeping form has done well with morning north/east sun, south sun for the noon hours and shade after about 2p for the last two years. We did have a very mild winter this year and they really need a little more winter but seems to be doing fine. Hope to purchase another one and plant it.
