The only issue I ever have with this plant is it's propensity to spread. Of course, relocating new offspring is a nice touch if you have somewhere to put them. I finally put mine in a naturalized area and they are flourishing. The aphids and mildew can affect them but it doesn't kill the plant, only makes it look less pleasing later in the season.

Problem is these plants tend to flop after strong rain and they don't get up again.

The slash in back of the 45 means that withstands minus 45 degrees. There is no typo. ( -45 ).
