pharvard, I don't think this spruce would be a prudent choice for you in you area. I would recommend going to a really good nursery in your area, talking to the conifer person there and seeing what they have. Good luck!

The Skylands can be an extraordinary addition to the garden but it needs to be placed in just the right location! We LOVE how this Skylands makes a big statement near our koi pond!! Notice how it is the shining star even from a far!

I love this tree and really want to plant one on one side of the front of my house which is painted a deep red with gold trim. How close to my house can it be planted? My husband thinks this tree will grow too big to be planted in front of the house.
