What do you treat the stains with? Just curious as I am thinking of installing honed carrera marble in my kitchen

I have honed Olympian Danby marble and there are NO stains. It was sealed at installation, 18 months ago, and no stains. Did I mention, no stains? Etches yes, but no stains.
