Mint needs to be container grown unless you want it to roam. My issue is the stems: do you herb growers painstakingly remove leaves from thyme, tarragon, mint, or just chop stems and all?

I love my herbs! My lavender is a bush, the garden place I got it from told me it was small, ha,ha,ha! It"s huge! I have mints, and oregano, sage white pineapple sage, I think my rosemary died over winter! I thought I put in thyme I"ll keep looking! But I"ve been using herbs for most of my 39yrs of marriage, and my kids use them to!
