I tried using a settee at the dining table, but I couldn't figure out how two people handle it. Do they say "OK, on the count of 3...one...two...three, SCOOT!" Otherwise the diners are seated farther from the table than I'm comfortable being. Maybe it's because mine had arms and needed space from the table to get sat.

Guess what folks, I just saw the settee at Target "in stock" on their website and it is now $149.99, I had my eye on that one as well. http://www.target.com/p/hudson-upholstered-settee-loveseat-bench-slate-velvet/-/A-13558076. Great article, love all of them, thanks.
