Yes, we do. But we only had 1 week to find a house and this was the best one available at the time. Plus, we loved everything else about the house, and nothing was unlivable, so we can make the changes at our leisure.

A&R bought a ranch
I realized after looking at many of these upgraded features and expensive custom add ons that our 1961 ranch was ahead of its time. I love my double decker lazy Susan corner cabinet, the pull out trays in the cabinets, adjustable shelving, large pantry (its 5' wide and 18" deep with 12" shelves that run the full length), eat in area with a table that sits comfortably, formal dining room with double doors to close it off and solid wood cabinets. The sink is a deep porcelain double bowl, we have white melamine countertops that go all the way up as a back splash and even though it has an older range, the double ovens are brand new.
We even have a tiny built in desk area that is now used as a coffee bar. Eventually the most commonly used mugs will be hung off off hooks instead of sitting on the side but truly the only ingenious thing I would want to add to our kitchen would be a dishwasher that empties itself.

Who's inventing that?

We installed a pull out spice rack with caster wheels to avoid the drawers dragging the floor.
