It’s the time of year when many people head to the tree lot or the attic to get a Christmas tree, set it up and trim it. Houzz readers, we want to see your Christmas trees! Please share your personal preferences and favorite tree trimming traditions in the Comments, including photos. Here’s a big question from someone who finally went fake and now burns through a lot of Douglas fir candles: Is your tree real or artificial? What are your favorite things about your choice? I recall our family dog Brownie inadvertently knocking the tree over when trying to lap up the water from its stand.
