It was interesting to see the gray painted beams instead of typical white, or "lightened wood" which is quite expensive to do. Seems like everything now is gray though, so I suspect in 5 years we'll be saying how dated gray is.

I like the kitchen, color is muted enough to almost be a neutral but still be color.

Mudroom has me puzzled. In a ski house??? Well they do have plenty of room to put better benches and storage in that hallway, they just chose not to.

I've seen Hudson Bay blankets a few times now on Houzz! A true treasure from the 18th century!

Love the patio! I think a great outdoor space really make a vacation house shine!

We have a huge outdoor deck at our Poconos vacation house rental and it's the favorite place for everyone to relax and catch up.
