Love this! So light and airy feeling. Love the slats and the cozy sleeping area. Looks like a little piece of heaven.

Try as I might I don't see a closet. I see double doors ( the entry?) though they seem rather large for such a small space. If they are the closet where is the entry? The photos don't seem to match up. Where is the bathroom? A floor plan would have been helpful for this challenged brain.

Have always liked the look of lathe and love seeing it being used! I would have stained the ceiling beams light gray to tie in with it. If one sees the bed immediately upon entering rather than the couch it's awkward to me, though without the floor plan I'm not sure how that could be rectified. Would also have gone with more space saving lamps; possibly attached to the divider? Surfaces are at a premium in a tiny space. Ditto re the appliances. The dishwasher is more in proportion than the fridge or stove. Would also have used a larger mirror over the sofa.

Don't mean to nitpick, but I know how important every inch of space is in a small apartment. Gorgeous bathroom!

Just checked out the duplex. Fantastic! The ceiling beams seem much more appropriate with dark wood being used in the furnishings. And that mirror is now in proportion with the bed. It looks more Florida than NY, but that's a matter of personal taste.
