@Prescott Window and Door, I completely agree and am hearing about empty nesters downsizing and moving to cities more and more lately.

Really like this place. Black and white can sometimes be stark but what really saves it is the leather chairs, LR rug and the super Moroccan pendant! Great idea taking out that wall between kitchen and LR. Just the right amount of greenery too. Really nicely done.

The natural lighting coming in from those rooms are surrealistic and divine. Did you have Feng Shui in mind when you arranged those rooms?
