There is so much to love about this project- wow!! It’s evident the right team was selected to carry out these plans.

I agree the river rocks inside wouldn’t appeal to those who live in areas where this element isn’t executed at all. It’s the only element I don’t like - besides not being able to clean them I think this area is a space for thoughtful, structured but softened enclosed benches that rise 2 inches above the top level. Or perhaps planters would be good with air purifying plants standing tall at the outside edge and some falling down over the front. I can see it!!

This home is simply stunning! I am in awe of the vision of the architects and owners with such a challenging space. Job well done!
