sar, I think the remodel brought them to 4000 sq ft so I assume it was 3200 that they found too small.

But Houzz does feature articles with more modest spaces for us po' folks too. My mind immediately goes to heating costs, insurance, etc. Also, the more stuff and space the more upkeep. Even a larger yard means more taxes and mowing! I may convince myself to live in my garage yet!
