Well, Lords a Leaping Design Group Inc., the writeup under the master suite photo states that the "lower clerestory" window in the master bedroom "opens to the adjacent lower bedroom, allowing it borrowed daylight from the master suite's large window."

Beautiful location, nice siting on the lot and as far as the interior choices, not mine but that is OK. I don't live in it.
