57 items left on the to-do list now (started with 70) because we finished the rebuild of the front deck yesterday. It was a tough project that really needed three people to complete. We had two very sore, very cranky people and a lot of clamps to get us through it.

Only one more outdoor project to go before the snow flies.......we're really pushing it as far as timing right now, but we're sure trying. I think we may need to hire some help to get the next project started, but I should be able to do the majority of it myself after the start.

Thanks so much for including my design (front porch with green door) as your last photo! Am I to assume you think this represents a finished product and my list is done? ;)

Actually, I have many items on my home to do "list" - one being to replace the plants on either side of the stairs. The entire garden is a work in progress and looks much nicer in the summer months. This photo was taken in mid May, which equates to early Spring in Vermont.

Hosting Thanksgiving surely lit a fire under me when it came to tackling small house projects! Repainting the front door, replacing the storm door handle, touching up the baseboards, replacing a toilet seat and handle, cleaning out the hall closet....All projects that needed to get done!
