FYI Lawrence Lane and Rachel Harris A near wide angle lense, 10-18mm, is useful for interior shots because it gives you good width.

May I add from my designer's eye: I like the lighting in all of the photos except for the first photo. David, you may have a great eye and I know that you are well respected but personally, I would have highlighted the furniture pieces and kept the ceiling soft because of the angles. I'm not a photographer. Just pay them to shoot my pictures. I've noticed no lights being turned on in a room and I do not care for it. I guess it depends on whom you are doing the shoot.
