can't raise a family; can't live with another person, too small. NWO will be happy with drone housing

Say goodbye to only arm-and-a-leg Manhattan rents. This plan for small prefab units opens the door to more affordable housing

>>>

I dunno about that. I think this opens up the possibility for rents to go even higher. In a few years these microunits will cost $4000/mo to rent while the regular sized apartments will rent for $10,000/mo. That is how the laws of demand and supply work.

For example, health insurance was support to make health care affordable. Instead it made it unaffordable because costs skyrocketed to absorb whatever insurance is willing to pay.

With education, you have the same issue. Loans are supposed to make education accessible, but instead they drove costs up and now people are burdened with debt.

In that same way, these microunits just introduce another vector in the inaffordability equation--they will sell you less for the same price, because people's incomes aren't keeping up to afford a regular-sized unit and that limits the pool of labor available to work in places like NYC.

Landlords are completely rent-power drunk. Introducing these microunits just gives them even MORE access to overcharging for even LESS accommodation space. A disaster in the making. The landlords also know that no more land is being made on this earth and the human population is exploding.....they (landlords) just cannot lose. Plus governments all over the world wont interfere because they make so much money - taxes, VAT charges, fees etc - with all aspects of housing. Insanity.....
