Amy, thanks for your comment about my boxes. All of the boxes are designed with slats. There is a interior pond liner that encompasses the whole interior area, so water can not permeate every area and cause rot to the boards. So water does not build up we have plumbed the boxes with drains. Additionally, we make them with and without wheels. I don't believe in making boxes that touch the ground for ground squirrels, rats, shrews, gophers and other tunneling animals can turn any box, other than ours into a quick feast.
