I just accidentally came across this article and wanted to share my story. I inherited a pair of Milo Baughman chairs from my mother in law, and loved how stylish and comfortable they were. The fabric was worn and frayed with yellow and orange flowers, so I had them reupholstered. I told the upholsterer to keep the exact welting and tufts, and I saved the Milo Baughman by Thayer Coggin labels that were still on the chairs! My home is fairly traditional, but those chairs look fabulous in my traditional setting. It proves that great design goes with anything.

What a terrific article! Much more substantive and well-written than the stuff I usually find on Houzz.
