Do any of you have experience with the code officials having issues with this? We are running into issues with our local inspectors claiming it is a garage if it has a garage door, even though the openings are in the living room and a solarium.

I would love to see what you are doing for the solarium. We are thinking we want to trade our our solarium for a garage door!
