"Game of Thrones" aside, yes, in most of the country, "winter is coming." Our woodstove's crankin' and the nubbly throws are out now and used. Periodically I get the pillow-making urge and inevitably find that the new pillows play well together aesthetically but don't work well--always too many. In fact, I find that as a practical matter, all these gorgeous displays of pillows we see tend to be several too many for daily living. Others may have different experiences. But I do enjoy seeing these lovely photos, and they do help me choose which (few) pillows of which sizes to put where for comfort and function in the living room, family room, and bedrooms.
