Linda, I second capeanner's question. In fact, Mirage's own website describes their porcelain pavers as having "virtually nil porosity." HERE is the link to their description.

The pavers do not have grout or sand and are set over compacted road base for pedestrian traffic. Therefore the water is absorbed thru the seams, as opposed to a solid concrete slab. That is what is meant by permeable, not the paver itself, tho I don't know many pavers that are (travertine). I suppose if you use them indoor, you would want to use grout so as not to have any water absorption in your home.

Where do you buy larger pavers- herexin centrsl Florida theclandscape contractors and cement companies did notvknow how to obtain anything other than what is available at Lowes or HD. Thx
