I have a dog that likes to "fluff" furniture with her claws. The cat enjoys sitting in chairs and chasing his own tail with claws fully extended. The only fabrics that have survived these two are leather and microsuede. I would love to have other choices.

I am considering crypton for a vanguard sofa. However, does anyone know where crypton fabric is made? I read an article from 2014 in which the founder Robin somebody stated that they do have a plant in china and do not sell whats made in china to usa only to foreign markets and that any fabric on furniture in usa is made in usa. But when I go to furniture store the samples of crypton have an origin of china. I tried to call crypton but no response.

seeing a lot of 100 percent polypropylene fabrics in the sofa fabrics now...is this a good material for durability, stain resistance and fade resistance? Going to order a sofa in the next weeks. The other option is 100 percent polyesters.
