I got the best Christmas present ever for my bathroom, a photo I remembered from my youth and requested from my parents. In a strange coincidence, they had thrown it out one day before I asked about it, Dad searched through five bags of trash to get it (they were doing a big office clean out). I think I have slightly delayed ESP or something. Anyway, that's my dad on the right and Mr. Whipple in the middle at a 1970s Proctor and Gamble party.

That's a great picture, Becky. I'm glad your ESP kicked in.

These are both going into our bathroom remodel. The dental sink was a budget craigslist find and is just too funny not to use. It's in fine condition despite apparently being from the 1920s. There is NO drill attached! The rest of the room will be white subway tile with grey grout and a single black line as a nod to art deco.

There will be a pair of these sconces on either side of the mirror.
